Our Returns Policy
At Torch Innovation we want to ensure our customers receive the highest customer service and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes the product is not what you expected. Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns for credit or exchange within 30-days of the invoice date on new or unused stock items (less shipping cost). Items must be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs for items returned for credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 7 days.
Returned merchandise that does not fall under these guidelines may be subject to a 10% restocking charge or may be returned to the customer.

Bag it up
Place your items securely in a bag or box, making sure they’re packed safely for return.
Drop it off
Drop your package at any participating location to start your return. Shipping costs for items returned for credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
