Shipping & Ordering

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; the shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Ground Orders normally take between 24-48 hours to ship out of our warehouses on business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping, if placed before the 1 pm EST, will ship the same business day.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer expedited shipping on US orders for $20. Orders placed with expedited shipping will ship via UPS two-day. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not transit days for the expedited shipping service. If you place an order on Wednesday after 12 PM EST or on Thursday, it will likely be delivered on Monday.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and the product has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation link via email where you can track your order through our shipping partner.

What do I do if my order is delayed or lost?

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

At Torch Innovation we want to ensure our customers receive the highest customer service and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes the product is not what you expected. Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns for credit or exchange within 30-days of the invoice date on new or unused stock items (less shipping cost).  Items must be in the original packaging.

Shipping costs for items returned for credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 7 days.

* Returned merchandise that does not fall under these guidelines may be subject to a 10% restocking charge or may be returned to the customer.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To send a return request, please fill out the form on this page. Send a return request to info@torch-innovation.com with the order number and a form will be sent to you to process the return.

Shipping costs for items returned for credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 7 days.  Please email info@torch-innovation.com with the order number and issue.

Can I return a used product?

Used items may not be returned for a refund or credit.

Can I return a sale product?

All sale products are final sale unless otherwise noted.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes we do! You can apply to be a Torch Innovation Partner here. Once we have reviewed your application and if you are accepted, you’ll be able to shop our products with wholesale quantities and pricing.
